At The Dog House we use Hebrew National foot-long hot dogs and cook them the old-fashioned way, splitting them down the middle and frying them on the grill. They are cooked the same way throughout the hot dog, a little crispy on the outside and softer in the middle. We fix them how you like them with chili, cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, relish, tomato, ketchup, mustard, and more.
